As a qualified teacher and native speaker of English with a PhD in linguistics, I offer individual online tuition to help children prepare for 11+ and/or grammar school entrance exams. I assist with preparation in all areas of the exams, including maths, English (comprehension and creative writing), verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning.

I tutor children hoping to gain places in a wide range of local schools, including – but not limited to – the Trafford Consortium schools (Altrincham Grammar School for Girls, Altrincham Grammar School for Boys, Sale Grammar School, Urmston Grammar School and Stretford Grammar School), St Ambrose College, Loreto Grammar School, Manchester High School for Girls, Withington Girls’ School, Manchester Grammar School, Stockport Grammar School, Cheadle Hulme School, and King’s School Macclesfield.
